Maximum 4 students
Students are grouped by learning pace, not just by level — if no existing session matches your child’s pace, we open a new one.

Our Combined Science (Chemistry) classes support Sec 3–4 students studying at G3 or G2. We work on the chemical ideas, calculations and written explanations that students need within their combined science course.
Live online classes · Maximum 4 students · 1.5 hours weekly
In 2027, G3 Science (Physics, Chemistry) is K326 and Science (Chemistry, Biology) is K328. The G2 equivalents are K223 and K225. Each document includes the learning outcomes for both sciences in the combination.
Pure Chemistry, G3 Combined Science and G2 Combined Science have different requirements. We confirm the course before choosing practice.
A student may recognise an acid or an ion but struggle to use the idea in an explanation. Lessons connect vocabulary to specific reactions and evidence.
We practise reading command words and giving the observation, explanation or calculation the question actually asks for.
We ask about the student’s subject level, science combination and recent schoolwork so that the class uses the appropriate material.
Short tasks reveal whether the difficulty is a concept, chemical language or setting up a calculation.
Students apply the same principle with different substances or data, then explain why the method still works.

Getting started
A recent school assignment gives the teacher a useful starting point.
We look at the questions, the response and the feedback to identify what needs attention first.
We message each family to confirm the school programme, level for 2027 and a suitable lesson time.
A trial class lets your child meet the teacher, take part and see how the lessons work.
Frequently asked questions
Four, at most. Students are grouped by learning pace, not just by year level, so each lesson moves at the speed of the students actually in it. When no session matches a child’s pace, we open a new one. In a class that size, every child answers questions, gets their working checked, and gets help the moment they need it.
Yes. Combined Science (Chemistry) classes are available at both G3 and G2. We confirm the subject combination and level with each family.
The SEC starts in 2027 under Full Subject-Based Banding. Families looking for the former N(A) Science route should check the G2 Science syllabus and the subject level confirmed by their school.
Check each topic against the correct syllabus first. Similar topic names do not imply identical learning outcomes or assessment depth.
